It was pretty amazing, as my late fiancé had given me several little cardinal statues, and my late parents loved cardinals. The cardinals would often perch at the kitchen window of the home where I grew up. I'm off sick from work and am laying around in a silly nightgown, which happens to be covered with cardinals!
